THE ENQUIRY

We were asked to tender as the Practice was keen to use a reputable local company.

After the intial tender process, three companies were interviewed. Paul Huggins impressed the panel most, and we were awarded the contract.

THE BRIEF

The new Surgery was to be built on an old farmer’s field on the Newdigate Road, to an exact specification and budget, and within a precise timescale.

COSTING AND PLANNING

Bob Pritchard, a very well respected architect based in Brockham, oversaw the project from start to finish.

We worked closely with Bob, with regular client consultation, to ensure a perfect ergonomic working practice. We were also able to use our contacts and reputation locally to minimise disruption to the local villagers, obtaining permission from a local landowner to set up temporary additional access.
